Experience & Skills: Red Seal required.Proficiency in servicing transmissions, rear ends, running gear, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on mixer trucks is an asset.Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to attain a Class 3 driver's license.Must possess a complete set of mechanics tools.Understanding of CVSE inspection requirements.Proficient computer skills with MS Office.Experience with formal maintenance programs an asset.Knowledge of safe work procedures and ability to follow Company policies.Requires lifting, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, working at elevated heights, at times in tight and awkward positions.Able to work Day/Afternoon shifts between Monday to Saturday and where overtime applies.Demonstrated ability to offer positive leadership with a focus on safety and efficiency.Demonstrated ability to work quickly and safely in a high production environment.Demonstrated ability to self-manage breaks including time spent using personal electronic device(s)
